01 Assessment
Every training programme begins with a thorough screening of the candidate. Through a personal interview, a personality test, and a practical driving test, we assess the potential and motivation to succeed in our Academy.
02 VIP Course
During the VIP Course, we combine theory and practice to teach the essential skills of a professional driver. Customer focus, discretion, posture, etiquette, communication, driving comfort, appearance, and multitasking are central to performing at the highest level.
03 Car Control
In this module, we perfect the driving skills and vehicle control of the driver. This includes skid control, emergency braking, defensive and anticipatory driving, and making optimal use of safety systems in all conditions.
04 First Aid
Safety goes beyond just driving. In this training, participants learn life-saving techniques for medical emergencies and the use of an AED, so they are prepared for any situation.
05 Safety
In a world full of uncertainties, safety is an essential part of customer care. At Compagnon de Route Academy, we focus on general safety training, ensuring both personal integrity and the protection of personal belongings. Our programme also includes awareness of cybersecurity, so drivers are prepared for any situation and can fully meet the trust placed in them by the customer.
06 Certificate Exam
The training concludes with a certificate exam, where all acquired skills are evaluated. Successful participants receive the official CdR Academy certificate as recognition of their professionalism and craftsmanship.
